tk9992 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable legal or regulatory obligations. During a suspension, access to the account and all associated funds will be restricted pending investigation.
7.2 Voluntary Closure
